DC Jobs with Justice is helping lead the Respect DC campaign to force Wal-Mart to respect DC workers and communities.
The campaign is working with Wal-Mart workers to hold the company to a higher standard as it expands in DC. Walmart will open a third store in DC by the end of 2015, and as the wealthiest corporation in the world, it can and should pay living wages, hire DC residents, and work with communities to meet their needs.
