June 21st, an estimated 200 people attended DC Jobs with Justice 10th Annual I’ll Be There Awards. Representatives from the community came out to celebrate the contributions of Raymond C. Bell, pastor and founder, Living Faith Baptist Church, Carrie Biggs-Adams, CWA-NABET,
