· DC’s proposed SCHOOL CLOSINGS & the efforts to SAVE PUBLIC SCHOOLS.

· the LOSS OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING & what’s happening with Public & Subsidized Housing in DC.

· How these issues, along with the loss of core services like child care and public land give-aways are driving “neighborhood change” that means displacement of low/moderate income residents.
