Rally: Put the "Public" Back in the Public Service Commission
Verizon employees are being scapegoated for Verizon's poor service quality record and the City isn't doing a thing about it.
Chronic static on the line, slow internet, dropped calls, billing errors, twisted wires, service centers closed, jobs moved, jobs cut, workers strained, trained on false solutions, and now scapegoated. Enough is enough!
The supposed mission of the DC Public Service Commission is to "serve the public interest by ensuring that telecommunications companies provide safe, reliable and quality utility services at reasonable rates for DC residents." Hold them to account! Put the "public" back into the Public Service Commission and join us:
What: Rally.
When: Thursday, May 15th at 8:30am.
Where: Public Service Commission,
1333 H St NW, Washington DC
