On Thursday July 23, 2009 Chancellor Rhee, Deputy Mayor Victor Reinoso and Dr. Kerri Briggs (OSSE) will testify on student achievement and learning issues before the US Senate Subcommittee on Oversight of Government Management in a hearing titled Taking Stock of Education Reform.
