Verizon employees are being scapegoated for Verizon's poor service quality record and the City isn't doing a thing about it.

Chronic static on the line, slow internet, dropped calls, billing errors, twisted wires, service centers closed, jobs moved, jobs cut, workers strained, trained on false solutions, and now scapegoated. Enough is enough!
